In the turning process, the piece is created by removing excess material through the rotary motion of the workpiece and the translational movement of the lathe tools, which vary depending on the type of operation required.
Our Precision Turning
Our precision turning department is equipped with around ten CNC lathes and turning centers, managed by professionals who, with care and experience, ensure dimensional control and product quality. All machines are equipped with one to three turrets with Y-axis and hydraulic bar feeders, capable of processing bars up to a diameter of 80 mm.
Larger parts are loaded automatically using a Gantry system (max Ø160) or manually (max Ø200).
